If you want to lodge a claim please complete one of the following forms and submit it online.
The claims team at QBE will then be in touch to help your get back up and running as quickly as possible.
If you’re insured through a broker simply contact them to tell them you need to make a claim. Your broker will guide you through the process and liaise with us on your behalf.
